Hello, and thank you for visiting Good Mind Space.
My name is Shweta Vaz, and I’m a Mental Wellness Consultant with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I offer online counselling and therapy for individuals, couples, children, and teenagers, helping them navigate everyday challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and emotional growth.
At Good Mind Space, I believe that caring for your mental and emotional health is not a luxury. It is a necessity. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself, this space has been created for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered.
All online sessions are conducted one-on-one with me, in a private and compassionate setting, tailored to your pace and needs. I also offer workshops for schools, colleges, and organizations (both online and offline), focusing on mental wellness, resilience, and practical emotional skills for everyday life.
