Cancellations
Cancellations are not permitted. Once a session is booked, the appointment is considered confirmed.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session once, provided they give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.
Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accommodated, and the session will be marked as a missed appointment.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed or cancelled sessions.
Payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling options will be offered in such cases.
Technical Issues
If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.
For client-side technical issues, the 24-hour rescheduling policy applies.
