Welcome to Good Mind Space – a supportive, confidential space where your emotional well-being comes first.

I’m Shweta Vaz, a Mental Wellness Consultant, a mother, and someone deeply committed to supporting individuals and families in finding clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.

Through Good Mind Space, I bring together my academic background in Clinical Psychology, practical insights, and personal experience to offer compassionate guidance for the many emotional challenges we encounter across different stages of life.

At Good Mind Space, I focus on creating a calm, non-judgmental environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Whether you’re:

  • struggling with stress, anxiety, or low mood,

  • facing parenting or family conflicts,

  • feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, or

  • seeking clarity in your personal or relationship goals,

I offer online individual and couples therapy sessions, as well as child and teen support, so help is available right from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Why Online Therapy?

Online counseling allows for:

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Privacy and comfort

  • Access to support no matter where you are in India (or beyond)

Sessions will be primarily conducted in English, but I can also offer support in Hindi, Marathi, or Konkani (moderate fluency) to help clients who are more comfortable with limited English fluency.
