Cancellations
  • Cancellations are not permitted. Once a session is booked, the appointment is considered confirmed.

Rescheduling
  • Clients may reschedule their session once, provided they give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.

  • Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accommodated, and the session will be marked as a missed appointment.

Refunds
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed or cancelled sessions.

  • Payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-Shows
  • Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling options will be offered in such cases.

Technical Issues
  • If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.

  • For client-side technical issues, the 24-hour rescheduling policy applies.
