Are the sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a top priority. All sessions are conducted in a secure, private setting. Your personal information and session content will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

What if I don’t feel comfortable with my therapist?

What is the payment policy for sessions?
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Secure payment options are available through the website via debit/credit card or other supported methods.

All sessions are held online via a secure video platform. You’ll receive a link by email once your booking is confirmed.
What should I expect during a therapy session?

What do I need for my online session?
You’ll need a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with a camera and microphone. Sessions are typically conducted via Zoom or a similar secure platform.
Do you offer therapy for children or teenagers?
Yes, I offer age-appropriate, gentle support for children and teens facing emotional, academic, or developmental challenges. Sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and understanding.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. If something comes up, please contact me as soon as possible.
Can I book multiple sessions in advance?
Yes, you are welcome to book multiple sessions if you prefer structured or ongoing support.
Can I book sessions for both individual and couples therapy?
Yes, you can select either type when booking. Each type of session is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

In which languages do you offer counseling sessions?
Sessions are primarily conducted in English. However, I can also communicate in Hindi and Marathi, and I have moderate fluency in Konkani. Please let me know your preference when booking.
Is therapy online only, or do you offer in-person sessions?
Currently, all therapy sessions are conducted online for your convenience and accessibility. I do not offer in-person sessions at this time.
Can I get a session summary or receipt for reimbursement (e.g. with insurance)?
Yes, I can provide a session summary or receipt upon request. Please note that I do not process insurance claims directly.
Is this a crisis or emergency service?
No. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact local emergency services or a helpline in your area immediately. This service is not equipped to handle urgent or life-threatening situations.
